Discovery 162 T is an industrial Single-Phase inverter power source for TIG DC welding.
Discovery 162 T is specifically designed for high definition construction, petrol/chemical plants, food& beverage industry and shipyards.
Remote controls are available: for torch (UP&DOWN, potentiometer), foot pedal or remote control unit.
The suitcase complete with accessories is also available.
Weco Special HF control provides100% rapid and precise arc ignition.
The quality of welding is optimal thanks to:
– TIG PULS SYN (Synergic)
– The Q-Spot function, permits to carry out very easily and precisely the sheet tacking operation, with minimum heat output and sheet deformation. It allows the positioning of the electrode on the exact tacking spot.
TIG DC functions include Pre Gas, Post Gas, Up Slope, Down Slope, Final Current, Slow to Fast Frequency Pulse (step variation 0,5á╖250Hz) controls, 2T/4T trigger control.
In MMA welding, factory optimized Hot Start, Arc Force and Anti Sticking facilitate operations with up to 3.25mm diameter electrode.
